Revere will soon leave with the Royal Field Artillery. Joan MacKenzie heard that her fiancé, Fiskin, is in hospital in London. Lady Osler and Joan brought Fiskin back to Oxford, making it impossible for the Oslers to go on vacation. She delivers news of Mrs. Page, Adèle, Margaret Pearce, Jim, and the Max-Mullers.
