Letter to John Alexander Nixon from William Osler, From the Regius Professor of Medicine, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. Mentions a picture that he will use. Answers that the Bodley's rules are not to be transgressed. No book can be taken out. Suggests going to the College of Physicians, or to the Medical Society in London. He is off on Saturday to America. Sorry that he will not hear his paper (Portrait of William Harvey at King's Weston). Asks him to send a memorandum to Colyer Fergusson, as the former wishes to meet him. States the a little stirring of the University pool (Bristol) will do no harm.
Osler, William, Sir, 1849-1919
