Mention that they are sailing next Wednesday to be present for his mother's birthday. Asking him for a subscription for project. C. T. Brassey and others are raising funds for Oxford. Osler is in charge of the superintendence of the collections for the Medical School Laboratories. They need L 40 000. Osler is interested in a small laboratory and clinical department for the out-patients work at the Radcliffe Infirmary ( L 5000). Will send his Harveian Oration.
