Printed memorandum prepared by G. W. Kekewich for the Board of Education, Whitehall, S. W., November 4, 1901. The booklet includes: instructions as to how teachers approved for work in South African can apply for teacher appliances (books, teaching supplies and materials); lists of supplies, clothing, and medicines to take; a blank agreement between the approved teacher and the Crown Agents for the Colonies; and information regarding period of engagement, conditions of work, required medical examinations, etc.
