This item is a white McGill Red Herring shirt with a logo on the left breast that reads, "Red Herring, McGill's only intentionally humorous magazine," with a red fish impaled on a sword. The back of the shirt has a black and white cartoon of a person attempting to kill a dragon with a fish. The dragon is very large and is labelled "bureaucracy" and is sitting on a hoard of coins along with two sacks labelled "bursary" and "loans" with an empty dog food bowl labelled "red tape."
