It does not change the necessity of appointing an Examiner for the Diploma on next Saturday. Suggests to consider the name of Dr. J. H. Parsons or Priestley Smith. Asks him if he has thought of some other names. Mentions monetary problems concerning the arrangements for the Diploma. Mention of the troubled situation of Doyle and the complicated conditions associated with the Eye Hospital.
