CA MUA MG 1022-2-2-2-012 · Item · 1841-1847; predominant 1841
Part of Dawson-Harrington Families Fonds

File consists of notebook written chiefly at Edinburgh in 1841 by John William Dawson containing notes on zoology. Notes are in pen with some pencil drawings of specimens. Manuscript table of contents at the end lists zoological content. Three pages towards the middle of the volume appear to have been written later in the 1840s and contains tables of weather conditions tracking for 1843-1847 (including barometer readings, thermometer readings, and pluviometer readings).
