McLennan's manuscripts of his literary works include drafts of Old Canadian Songs, 1885, Eighteen Poems, 1885-1898, The Indiscretion of Grosse Boule, ca 1890, Une soeur, ca 1890, As Told to His Grace, 1891, Mon compère Melchior and an early version of A King for a Week, 1892, John McDonnell of Scotus, 1896; probably an early version of Spanish John, A Question of Courage, 1896?, The Span o' Life, 1897, translations of 8 poems from Henri Murger's La Vie de Bohème, 1885, the outline of a projected novel, The Losing Side, and his Notes pour servir à l'histoire de la ville de Montréal, 1880-1888.

The Fonds consist of both personal and professional correspondence relating to his mathematical career. Colleagues and friends from the mathematical profession have provided letters (incoming/outgoing), publications, newspaper and magazine clippings, and CVs over the course of 66 years. Correspondence comes from H.S.M. Coxeter, Donald O.Hebb, Paul Erdos, Bela Bollobas, John Conway, Janos Komlos, J.A.H. Hunter, and other notables within the field of mathematics. In all, they comprise of 1.11 m of textual records, as well as 20 photographs depicting family and friends of Dr. Moser's and a painting; includes one audiotape and one CD.

Fonds contains Whitwell's notebooks at McGill on lectures in Physiology, Pathology, Materia Medica, Practice of Medicine and Surgery. The lecturers include Drs. W. Fraser, W. Wright, A.F. Holmes and G.W. Campbell. The fonds includes six notebooks.

The William Peterson papers consist of two folders of Sir William's receipts and bills. They include gas and phone bills, subscriptions, charities, books, personal items, and receipts of various kinds.

Fonds contains the manuscript of Dr. William Rees on the treatment of malaria, a lecture given before the Natural History Society of Montreal in the 1860s

Includes note-books of extensive medical and dental school notes of lectures and readings that Huber transcribed while attending the University of Pennsylvania ca. 1884-1888. Also included: receipts and billing slips, ca. 1892-1903 from Huber's practice; published items such as the catalogue to the University of Pennsylvania, ca. 1885-86; miscellaneous items, including a public address in Huber's handwriting.

The fonds consists of a biographical scrapbook of Presbyterian Minister Reverend William S. Sutherland "Strathnaver," Merrickville, Ontario. Included in this brochure are selected sketches which William Sutherland did, and selected issues of publications which were edited and/or published by him through the years. There are various photographs included.

These papers consist of Sheppard's letters to his sister, Margaret, in England, 1841-1861, and a few incoming letters from family and friends including one from his son William about the Prince of Wales' visit in 1860.

Fonds consists of manuscript of "Kedem, or the Garden of Eden, by Symkabeta", 1869. The manuscript includes an article on Mountain worship by W. Simpson and critical letters from Thomas Scott, 1869.

The bulk of the Maxwell archive constitutes material generated from his partnership with brother Edward Maxwell from 1902-1923.
