William Muller correspondence

This file contains letters from William Muller to Christina Barbara Hall, the grandmother of his wife, Amelia Hall. Letters concern his experiences as a soldier fighting in the War of 1812 in southern Ontario, as well as his increasingly volatile response to his wife's refusal to write to him or visit him in Kingston. He writes of his belief that his wife has left him for another soldier in Montreal, and eventually announces his intention to cut all ties with Amelia. The letters are arranged in chronological order.

Last will and testament of John Hall. Witnessed by Isaac Jones, merchant, and William Reeves, gentleman, both of Montreal, and notarized by N.B Doucet. The will includes Hall's wishes for burial and leaves all of his property to his wife Charlotte Morrison.
